Boil the pasta, to al-dente, while you heat up the olive oil in a wok over high heat. begin cooking the chicken, garlic, onions and peppers, then when chicken is cooked through, add the rest of the veggies. Drain the pasta and add to the wok mix. Cook for another couple minutes while mixing together. Serves 6. Some may want to add a little salt which is fine but you must add to your nutrition list.
