Transfer to cutting board & cut into thin slices; set aside.*In a 12" pan skillet or wok, combine oils & heat over high heat; add celery, bell pepper & mushrooms & cook, stirring quickly & frequently until tender-crisp, 1-2 minutes. Add tomato & continue stir-frying for 1 minute. Add beef slices & stir-fry fro 1 minute longer. Combine broth, Braggs & cornstarch, stirring to dissolve cornstarch, add to beef mixture. Season w/pepper & cook, stirring constantly until sauce has thickened & vegetables are cooked through which is about 2-3 minutes.
