In a large hot skillet sprayed with non-stick spray add chicken, onion, pepper and garlic, stir fry about 3 or 4 minutes until chicken is cooked through and vegetables are crisp-tender. Stir picante sauce mixture to blend ingredients; add all at once to skillet. Cook and stir about 1 minute or until sauce thickens. Simmer on very low until vegetables are the consistency you like. Add a small amount of water to keep it from getting to thick. Spoon about a half cup of mixture into each tortilla.
