16 ounces Chicken Breast (cooked), no skin, roasted
1 clove Garlic
1 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions, raw
1 cup, strips Green Peppers (bell peppers)
18 serving Sauce, Pace Picante Sauce
0.02 cup Corn Starch


How Do I Make Fajita-Style Stir Fry?

Here is how you make Fajita-Style Stir Fry:

Combine picante sauce, cornstarch, cumin and salt in small bowl; set aside. In a large hot skillet sprayed with non-stick spray add chicken, onion, pepper and garlic, stir fry about 3 or 4 minutes until chicken is cooked through and vegetables are crisp-tender. Stir picante sauce mixture to blend ingredients; add all at once to skillet. Cook and stir about 1 minute or until sauce thickens. Simmer on very low until vegetables are the consistency you like. Add a small amount of water to keep it from getting to thick. Spoon about a half cup of mixture into each tortilla. Makes 4 servings
