Mine is called a BBQ wok and is shaped much like a real wok with holes in it. Basically, get the BBQ pit going and then cut all of your vegetables to desired thickness. Combine all vegetables and shrimp onto a big plate. Split in half to make 2 batches to avoid overfilling basket. Spray the grill basket with the olive oil. Grill ingredients and season with all of the seasonings to taste. Take off the grill and roll in tortillas. Makes 6 generous size wraps that fill up this big guy. Enjoy.
