Here is how you make Honey Hoisin Stir Fry:

In a large wok, heat half the olive oil on medium heat. Add chicken thighs, cut into thin strips, and garlic, minced. Cook chicken through (about 7 minutes).Remove chicken into a separate bowl. In the same wok, add vegetables with the rest of the oil and some salt and pepper. Stir. Add 1/4 to 1/3 cup of water. Put a lid on the wok, and let vegetables steam until cooked.
