Slice chicken breasts lengthwise and saute in pan until no longer pink. Remove from pan and chop into bite-size pieces. Mix together 1/4 cup pf the chicken broth with 2 Tbsp soy sauce and 3 tsp cornstarch. Add onions and carrots to pan and saute 5 min. Pour in a bit of chicken broth (couple Tbsp) and add broccoli. Saute a few minutes. Add celery and 1 Tbsp. broth if needed. Saute 3-4 min. Add cabbage and 1 Tbsp broth if needed. Saute 2 min. Add bean sprouts. Saute 2-3 min. Add chicken and toss to reheat. Pour in broth/soy/cornstarch mix and stir to mix well.. Remove from heat and let stand 2 min.
