1 lb boneless beef sirloin steak, cut into thin strips
1 Tbsp Olive oil
1 can of diced or sliced white potatoes (or 1-2 cups raw)
1 can sliced carrots (or 1-2 cups raw)
1 can mushrooms
1-2 cups sliced raw onion
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 cup water**
1/4 cup Kraft Balsamic Vinaigrette


** necessary if cooking with raw veg.

Here is how you make Savory Steak Stir-Fry:

(Marinate the sliced meet overnight - optional)Brown sliced steak in olive oil. Reserve liquid, cook onion until beginning to turn transparent. Add minced garlic, cook for additional minute, then set mixture aside. Add carrots and potatoes to pan, warm through.(If cooking fresh vegetables, add water, carrots, and potatoes - bring to a boil; cover. Reduce heat to low and simmer for 15 minutes.) Stir in onions/garlic, mushrooms, vinaigrette, and meet.
