3 salmon fillets, raw or frozen
1 box whole-wheat pasta
6 cups of water

SAUCE:
3 tbsp honey
6 tbsp tahini
4 tbsp extra-light olive oil
3 tbsp soy sauce

VEGETABLES:
1/3 cup cut mushrooms
1/3 cup snow peas
1/3 cup cut cauliflower florets
1/3 cup fresh spinach


How Do I Make Sesame Salmon Stir-Fry?

Here is how you make Sesame Salmon Stir-Fry:

(1) Bring water to a boil, then put in raw pasta, and follow directions on box to cook it. Cook the pasta until it is loose but not overcooked. (**at this point, if fish is frozen, run it under hot water to defrost it)(2) Mix honey, tahini, olive oil, and soy sauce and pour half of the mixture into a saucepan and allow it to heat up on high. When you hear it crackle or boil, put it on medium heat.(3) Cut the fish into about one-inch cubes, and chop vegetables if not already cut into manageable pieces.(4) Stir-fry vegetables in the sauce. After the vegetables are relatively crisp, add salmon to the mix. Gradually pour the rest of the sauce over the fish.(5) Allow fish to simmer before stirring it. Make sure it cooks all the way through to your liking.(6) Strain the pasta, and place it in a serving dish. Pour the vegetable-and-fish mixture over the pasta.
