Cook soba noodles according to package instructions, then drain and place back into hot pan. Cover to keep warm.2. In a wok over medium-high heat, use olive oil to saute snap peas, peppers, ginger, and garlic 2-3 minutes. Add green onions and saute 2-3 minutes more, until vegetables are crisp tender. Remove from wok.3. Add sesame oil to wok and heat to shimmer over medium-high heat. Add chicken and cook until cooked through but tender, 4-6 minutes. Do not overcook. 4.
