Mix together the cumin, paprika, ginger, cayenne, sugar and black pepper. Cut the tofu into cubes and coat in the spice mixture.2. Heat 2 tablespoon oil in a wok and stir fry tofu for 3-4 minutes. Remove and keep warm.3. Add remaining oil to pan and stir fry the vegetables for a few minutes.4. Return the tofu to the pan with the lime juice and honey until heated through.5.
