2 tsp. Chicken bouillon
2 bay leaves
1/2 lb. cooked shrimp, peeled & deveined
2 boneless skinless chicken breast, cut into 1 inch pieces
8 oz. Turkey smoked sausage, cut into 1/4 in. rounds
1 tsp. thyme
1 1/2 cup chopped onion
2 garlic cloves
1 cup chopped bell pepper
salt & pepper to taste
ground red pepper


How Do I Make Stir Fry Jambalaya?

Here is how you make Stir Fry Jambalaya:

Boil water & add rice, canned tomatoes, bouillon and bay leaves. Return to boil, reduce heat & cover tightly. Simmer 20 minutes or until rice is to desired tenderness. Remove bay leaf once finished.Add sausage, onion, bell pepper and garlic to hot large skillet. Brown for 2 minutes or until onions are becoming transparent. Add chicken & brown for 2 minutes. Add shrimp, thyme, red pepper and any additional seasonings.
