Here is how you make Stir Fry - Low Sodium:

Julienne all vegetables except mushrooms and broccoli. In a wok add 2 Tbs oil. Cook chicken for about 10 minutes then remove from heat. Add remaining oil and place vegetables in wok. Stir fry for 6 minutes. Add 1/2 c water to steam veggies. Cook until water has evaporated. Remove vegetables. Mix spices together and make a sauce in the wok. Add water to make desired consistency.
