Zucchini, 1.5 cup, sliced
Mushrooms, fresh, 6 large
Bean sprouts, 1 cup
Sesame Oil, 2 tbsp
Mint leaf - 2 leaves, 3 serving
Basil, 15 leaves
Rice Noodles, 1.5 cup
Thai Chili Sauce, .25 tbsp
Duck Sauce, .25 tbsp


How Do I Make Tuesday Night Thai Stir Fry Surprise?

Here is how you make Tuesday Night Thai Stir Fry Surprise:

1) Sautee garlic and one scallion in 1 tablespoon of seasame oil until garlic is browned. (We used an electric wok, but a large pan will do)2) Add chicken, shrimp, paprika, cumin and cayenne pepper. Squeeze lime juice over top and cook until browned. Remove from wok. Be sure to leave juices in bottom of pan.3) Add vegetables, bean sprouts and mint leaves and water to steam them (we used a bit of leftover pho broth for more flavor).4) Add in rice noodles (should be already cooked). Stir together with duck sauce and Thai Chili sauce).5) After they are well combined and noodles heated add in meat.
