1 Ready to bake frozen pie crust
1/4 cup of sugar
2 tablespoons of flour
1 tsp of corn starch

Here is how you make Strawberry Peach Tart:

Each tart is easily cut into 8 pieces.Preheat oven to 350. Use non-stick cooking spray on a springform pan.Allow pie crust to unfreeze for about 15 minutes until it's pliable.Peel and slice peachesHalve 1/4 of the pint of strawberries. Grate 1/4 of the pint of strawberries with 1/2 of a peach. Add the most of the sugar, all of the cinnamon, flour and cornstarch to the mixture. Mix well. Pour mixture into the pan and bake for 20 minutes. Slice remaining strawberries. After 20 minutes, remove pan from oven and add remaining strawberries and peaches in a nice design.
