Here is how you make Tasty Stuffed Peppers:

place rice and water in small pot bring to boil , full large pot with enough water to cover complete cover the bell peppers and bring it to boil , cut tops of peppers and scoop out the inside , then place in to boiling water cook for about 5 minutes . once water in rice is about half gone drain water then add soup to rice , boil at med heat until most of the liquid is gone . remove peppers from water and place in a baking dish fill with rice filling , sprinkle with cheese and bake for 5 mins at 400 F Number of Servings: 3Recipe submitted by SparkPeople user BAMBAM01.
