1 stalk celery, diced
1/4 c onion, diced
1/2 c mushroom, diced
1/2 tsp dried thyme
1/2 tsp dried rosemary
1/2 c dried cranberries
1/4 tsp salt
pepper to taste
1 c water
1 tbsp butter
2 chicken bullion cubes


How Do I Make Skillet Stuffing?

Here is how you make Skillet Stuffing:

Add butter to a skillet. Once melted add the onion, celery and mushroom. Cook until the celery and onion are transluscent. Add salt, thyme, rosemary, and pepper. Add water and chicken bullion cubes. Continue to cook until the bullion is dissolved. Add the bread cubes. Stir to ensure that all the cubes absorb the liquid. Contiune to cook in the skillet until the bread cubes are to your desired consistency, dry or moist.
