Salt, 0.75 tsp
Water, tap, 1 cup (8 fl oz)
Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 1 tbsp

Here is how you make Taco Calzones:

Preheat oven to 400 degrees.Heat 2 tbsp EVOO in pan, add onion, saute till almost cooked - add turkey - (heat up if leftovers, cook through if not cooked). Add taco seasoning - drain. Thaw spinach in microwave. Place in clean dish cloth and squeeze out all liquid. Separate with fingers.Toss salsa into meat. Stir in Spinach.Separate dough into 8 equal portions and roll into balls - roll out each ball into medium round circle. Brush each circle lightly with butter.Place 1/8 of meat mixture onto half of circle.Mix cheeses together.Sprinkle 1/8 of cheeses onto meat.Fold the dough over the meat and pinch sides together with fork to seal. Cut slits in top.Sprinkle flat baking pan with cornmeal.Place calzones onto baking sheet - cover with dry towel and place in warm place to allow dough to rise for 30 min.Whisk egg with water.
