Here is how you make Taquitos:

Mix chicken, salsa, and co-jack together. Working with one egg roll wrapper at a time, place 1-2 Tbs. filling in center of wrapper. Wet sidse 1 and 2 (S1 and S2) with water. . Fold corners two and three (C2 and C3) onto filling. Fold Corner 4 (C4) over filling and roll into a a small "eggroll". Spray a baking sheet with non-stick spray and place taquitos onto sheet. When all are ready, spray them all well with spray. Bake at 350 for 10 - 15 minutes, turning half way.
