Tofu, firm, 1 block - cut into 2inX3in pieces and 1in thick
*Flour, white, .5 cup (remove)
*Bowl of water w/ 1 tbsp of olive oil
Whole Wheat Spaghetti, cooked (pasta), 2 cup (remove)
*Spaghetti/Marinara Sauce (tomato sauce), 2 cup (remove)
Bread crumbs, dry, grated, plain, .5 cup (remove)
Parmesan Cheese, grated, 4 tbsp (remove)


How Do I Make Tofu Parma?

Here is how you make Tofu Parma:

**This first part is optional but recommended if you want to tone down the "soy" taste of the tofu**~ Bring a pot of water to a boil ~Cut tofu into 2 inch by 3 inch pieces and about 1 inch thick~ Drop tofu into boiling water~ Let boil for one minute then remove from heat and let sit, covered, for 10 - 15 minutes (depending on how badly you want to remove the soy taste - the longer the less soy flavor you will have)~Once done, carefully strain and let tofu come to room temp (or run cold water over it so you can handle it)**Optional part is over**~Preheat oven to 350 degrees ~Remove excess water from tofu by pressing it with paper towel~Roll piece of tofu in flour, coating entirely~Dip in oil water~Roll in bread crumbs~Do this with all the tofu~Once all the pieces have been coated, place on baking sheet sprayed with cooking oil and put in the oven for 10 minutes on each side - or until they look nice and golden brown~Meanwhile, cook pasta and heat up pasta sauce~Once everything is done, place tofu atop the pasta and top w/ sauce and parmesan cheese, enjoy!
