Here is how you make Slow-Roasted Cherry Tomato Bruschetta:

Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Toss the tomatoes in a bowl with the olive oil, garlic, salt and pepper. Place the dressed tomatoes on a baking sheet and roast for 45 minutes.Combine roasted tomatoes with basil and vinegar. Top bruschetta slices with roasted tomato mixture.
