500g lean beef or lamb mince
1 cup breadcrumbs
1 egg, lightly beaten
1 tsp dried mixed herbs
½ tsp ground cumin
1 tbsp oil

Spicy Tomato Sauce

2 tbsps oil
1 onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, crushed
420g can Condensed Spicy Tomato Soup
½ cup white wine (or water)
400g spaghetti, cooked and drained

Here is how you make Spicy Tomato and Meatballs:

Meatballs 1. Combine mince, breadcrumbs, egg, mixed herbs and cumin. Mix well and shape into small balls. Heat oil in a large frying pan and cook meatballs until well browned. Remove and set aside. Spicy Tomato Sauce 2. Add oil to pan and cook onion and garlic for 2 minutes. Add HEINZ Condensed Soup and wine. Simmer for 15 minutes. Return meatballs to the pan and simmer for a further 10 minutes. 3. To serve, spoon meatballs and spicy tomato sauce over spaghetti, garnish with parmesan cheese.
