Here is how you make Sloppy Turkey Joes:

Spray non stick skillet (12") with non-stick cooking spray. Over med-low heat, sweat the chopped onions till just getting translucent (about 5 min). Add the ground turkey, breaking it up as it cooks over medium heat. Once turkey is cooked and well broken up (about 7 min) pour in 8 oz Organic Tomato Sauce (like Nature's Promise). Season lightly with salt and pepper and cook on med heat till completely heated through and sauce has cooked down and thickened a bit (about 5 min) Taste and season with more salt and pepper if necessary.
