Beef broth, bouillon, consomme, 2 cups (I use 2 cups pkged low sodium beef broth plus 1 tsp Better than Bouillon)

Here is how you make Nancy's Made Up Turkish Meal:

Saute meat in butter and onion over medium heat in large saucepan (I use my LeCruset pot), stirring occasionally until meat is browned (approximately 30 minutes)Add diced tomato and saute for about 10 minutes.Add 2 cups beef broth w/Better than Bouillon and freshly ground black pepper. Cover and simmer until meat is tender and joice is reduced, approximately 1.5 hours.
