How Do I Make Turkish Manti?

Here is how you make Turkish Manti:

Mix flour, warm water, 1 tps salt and canola oil and turn it into dough. Using a roller, make layers of phyllo dough. In another cup mix beef, fine diced onions, parsley, groung cumin and black pepper and .5 tps salt. Using a sharp knife cut out 1x1 inch squares of phyllo. Stuff these squares with a pinch of beef mixture. Holding the diagonal sides of the squares fold and close and make triangular raiovli like pockets. Boil these pockets as you would any other pasta dish. Optional and recomended wat to serve is buy placing some low fat yogurt and a touch of melted butter with paprika in it. Spice it up with a touch of parspley. If you like garlic, you can create a yogurt souce by adding crushed garlic and salt to the yogurt to souce.
