1 cup tomato sauce plus extra for baking
1/2 cup vegan Parmesan cheese
2 teaspoons Italian dressing
2 cloves garlic


How Do I Make Vegan Cannelloni?

Here is how you make Vegan Cannelloni:

Preheat oven to 400 F.Add the boiling water to the TVP and let it sit and rehydrate.Bring a medium pot of water to boil, and cook the manicotti tubes according to the package instructions.Cook the onion, celery and carrots in a little water, stock or spray oil until soft.Add the garlic and Italian seasoning.Cook for 1 minute and add the burger crumbles and spinach.Heat through and add the creamer, Parmesan cheese, salt and pepper.When all is heated through, add a cup of tomato sauce.Fill the 8 tubes of Manicotti and place in an ovenproof dish.
