How Do I Make Vegan Calzone Dough?

Here is how you make Vegan Calzone Dough:

Place all the dry ingredients into a food processor and pulse to combine. While processor is running on low, slowly pour in the oil. While still running, add the ice cold water 1 tablespoon at a time, until mixture forms into a ball of dough.Flour a surface well (this mixture can be really sticky!), flour a rolling pin well, and roll out to about 1/8th inch thick. Use a side plate as a template, cut out as many rounds as you can.
