Here is how you make Lentil Roast, Vegan:

Measure lentils, shredded carrots and rice into medium mixing bowl and stir together. Place garbanzos and peanut butter in the blender and add enough water to allow it to blend to a smooth consistency. Pour over lentil mixture. Add remaining ingredients and stir. You may add a few bread crumbs is desired but remember the garbanzos will thicken the roast as well. Pour into loaf dish that has been sprayed with Pam.
