Here is how you make Cheesy Vegan Quinoa:

Rinse the quinoa, either in a sieve, or just in a pot, then draining the water.Add 1 1/4 cups of water and the vegetarian bouillon to a pot along with the quinoa and bring to a boil. Once boiling, reduce to simmer until tender, and the little rings of the quinoa separate. Remove from heat. If it is still slightly wet, add the nutritional yeast, garlic powder, and parsley.
