Stir in broth, broccoli florets, potato, Worcestershire and cayenne; bring to a boil. Reduce heat; cover and shimmer 10-15 mins or until the broccoli florets and potato are tender.Mean while in a saucepan, melt remaining butter over medium heat. Whisk in flour until smooth. Gradually whisk in milk. Bring to a boil; cook and stir for 2 mins or until thickened. Reduce heat; stir cheese.
