Makes 4 - 1 Cup Servings (Can be more or less depending on the vegetable quantities)Boil water and cook the penne...In a separate pan, saute the onions for several minutes in the olive oil. Add the Other vegetables, Garlic and Italian dressing and saute until the vegetables are almost cooked through. Add the Broth and stir in the cream cheese until it creates a creamy sauce with the vegetables. Add the Cooked Penne and Toss.
