5 Medium Mushrooms, halfed and sliced
2 tbsp Chopped Onion
1/3 Cup Red Pepper, chopped
5 Cherry Tomatoes, quartered
1 Clove of Garlic
2 tbsp Chives, chopped.
40 grams Ham, extra lean (5% Fat), chopped
1.5 inch Smoked Pork Sausage (1-1/8" dia), chopped
Tesco Grated Mozarella, Half Fat, 200 grams
Pepper
Salt

Here is how you make Skinny Vegetable and Ham Quiche:

Crack the eggs into a bowl, add the Cottage Cheese and mix together. Now add the Mushrooms, Onions, Red Pepper, Cherry Tomatoes, Garlic, Chives, Ham and Smoked Pork Sausage as described in the ingredients list. Season with Salt and Pepper (unfortunately you should not taste the seasoned mix raw, due to the eggs). Stir everything together.Preheat oven to 190?C. Pour the quiche mix into a round, 8 3/4" (22cm) dia, cake form. Place into oven for 30 mins. Take out and sprinkle the Grated Mozarella over the top (for a stronger cheese taste, replace with grated, half fat, cheddar). Place back into the oven for another 10 mins.Take out and cut along the side of the removable rim of the cake form.
