1/2medium orange
1/5tsp finely shredded orange peel
1/3 c. Orange juice
2tbs. McCormick Asian seafood sauce
2 garlic cloves minced
1tsp grated ginger
1/2 tsp. corn starch
2 tsp. Olive oil
2 tsp. Sesame oil
2 c. Asparagus
2 c. Baby corn
1 lg summer squash
10 oz cherry tomatoes

Here is how you make citrus salmon with vegetable stir-fry:

1. Preheat broiler. Rinse salmon and pat dry with paper towel. Line broiler pan with foil then cover with parchment paper. Place salmon on paper 4" from heat and cook for 5 min. Turn salmon and generously coat with seafood sauce. Cook another 3 min. or until fish flakes when tested with a fork. Squeeze half of an orange over fish.2. While fish is cooking... in small bowl combine orange peel, orange juice, soy sauce, garlic, ginger, and corn starch and set aside. In large skillet add olive and sesame oils over medium heat. Add asparagus and cook for 3 min. Then add squash, mini corn, and juice mix. Cook about 2 min and add tomatoes. Heat until tomatoes are warmed through.
