Here is how you make Vegetable and Tofu Stir fry:

Split tofu block Press tofu between towelsMix soy sauce, toasted sesame oil, fish sauce, rice wine vinegar and half of the garlic clove.Cube tofu, pour dressing over tofu and toss to coat. Refrigerate about 1 hour.Cut up vegetables into desired bite size pieces.Stir fry tofu in 1 Tbsp Canola Oil. When browned, remove from wok or skillet and set aside.Add the last 1 Tbsp oil and vegetables and stir fry until desired doneness.Add tofu and mix with vegetables. Serve hot .
