Dried Tarragon ( or to taste) 1-4 Tblsp Dried Parsley (or to taste) Black Pepper, Dried Red Pepper and Salt to taste How Do I Make Braised Winter Vegetables?Here is how you make Braised Winter Vegetables: In small bowl, mix together EVOO, tarragon, parsley, garlic, salt & pepper, and dried red pepper. Set aside.Peel and chop sweet potato, potato, turnips, and carrots. Keep seperate. Boil each separately until fork pierces but the vegetables remain firm, depending on the size and type of vegetable, 3-5 minutes. Drain immediately when done. Put in large baking dish.Peel and chop onion and red pepper.
