3 cloves of garlic, chopped

1 tsp ground cumin
1 28 oz can of tomatoes in puree
1 12 oz can of beer
1 tsp salt
1 16 oz can of black beans
1 16 oz can of kidney beans
1 lb. of ground meat (turkey, chicken, beef), browned

Here is how you make Chilli with Vegetables:

Put the oil in a (big!) pot over medium heat. Add garlic. Add onion, green pepper. Saute until onion is softened. Add carrots and saute 2 minutes. Add zucchini, summer squash, spices. Saute 1 minutes. Add tomoatoes, beer, salt. Bring to a boil. Turn it down to a simmer, partially covered for 15 minutes.
