1 can garbanzo beans, rinsed and drained
1 1/2 cups low sodium chicken broth
3/4 cups frozen peas
3/4 cup whole wheat couscous, dry
1/4 cup cilantro, minced
Garlic Chili Sauce (Sambal Oleek) optional

Here is how you make Moroccan Chickpeas and Vegetables with Couscous:

Heat a large skillet over medium high heat. Add olive oil and heat until shimmering. Add sweet potato, onion, pepper, cumin, and salt. Cook, stirring occasionally, until onion begins to sizzle; about 2 minutes.Add garbanzos, and stir to coat. Add the broth and bring to a low boil. Reduce heat, cover and cook 10 minutes or until sweet potatoes are tender.Add the peas, and return to a boil. Add the couscous and stir. Cover and remove from heat. Let stand for 10 minutes.
