Here is how you make Ramen and Vegetables:

You can select the vegetables individually or buy a bag with the mixture broccoli, cauliflower and carrots. Slice and saute onion, mushrooms and garlic in the olive oil and a quarter cup of chicken broth. Saute until tender. Throw in the vegetables. Add the curry powder and salt. Simmer as long or as briefly as you like, depending on the vegetable consistency that you like. Toss in the ramen adding enough chicken broth to just cover the mixture.I like to add just a smidgeon of the spices that come with the ramen. You can also add a little cayenne pepper.
