Place in a large bowl. Combine ginger, five-spice powder, and meat/tofu if using in a medium bowl; tossing to coat. Heat small amount of oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Add in onions, peppers, and broccoli slaw, saute until tender-crisp. Add to bowl with pasta. Then in small amount of oil add meat/tofu mixture; saute 2 minutes or until browned. Stir in water and hoisin sauce; cook 2 minutes or until meat/tofu is done. Add mixture to noodles and vegetables; toss well to combine.
