What Are The Ingredients For Vegetarian Deliciousness Recipe?The ingredients for Vegetarian Deliciousness are: 2 TB Olive Oil1 Large zucchini or yellow squash or 2 small 1 carton of fresh mushrooms 1 cup of spinach 1 can of chickpeas (garbanzo beans) 1 large can of diced tomatoes 1 cup quinoa 2 cups water basil, oregano, and garlic to taste (optional cheese to top, feta, mozzarella, and parmigiana taste great with this, but not included in nutritional facts) How Do I Make Vegetarian Deliciousness?Here is how you make Vegetarian Deliciousness: Add 1 cup Quinoa to a large pot with 2 cups of water, and bring to a boil. Check the Qinoa box for how long to cook. I think it's about 8-10 minutes or until all the water is absorbed. Meanwhile, slice your zucchini and/or squash into thin slices. In a skillet, drizzle your 2 tablespoons of olive oil and add the zucchini, mushrooms and spices. I like to sprinkle in oregano, basil, and garlic powder. Once the zucchini and mushrooms are cooked, set aside until quinoa is finished cooking. Once, the quinoa is ready, add the zucchini and mushrooms, plus the tomatoes, spinach and chickpeas and mix it all together and cook on a low heat until the spinach is wilted. Now, you're done! Feel free to add some cheese on top and go to town.
