(may have to spray it more then once as it cooks) Add chicken broth, lima beans, peas, turmeric & cayenne pepper. Bring to a boil then reduce heat, cover and simmer for 10 minutes or until lima beans are cooked through. Remove from heat and stir in couscous. let stand for 5 minutes. Serve with tomato and cilantro sprinkled on top. Makes 6 1/2-cup servings.
