How Do I Make Vegetarian "Chik'n" and Dumplings?

Here is how you make Vegetarian "Chik'n" and Dumplings:

In large pot place all ingredients except 1/2 cup Bisquick. Bring to boil and cover, lower heat and cook for 10-15 minutes or until veggies are tender. When done, make dumplings. DUMPLINGS:Mix (Bisquick, egg substitute & soy milk) thoroughly with fork. Take vegetables out of stew. Bring stew to boil and add the 1/2 cup Bisquick to make the gravy. Let boil until all lumps are out, stir to keep from sticking. When ready, drop dumplings in gravy, push in with fork to coat the dumplings. Cook for 10 minutes. Brown "Chik'n Strips" in pan. Put vegetables and "Chik'n Strips" back in gravy with dumplings and cook 15 minutes more. Serving Size: 4 ServingsNumber of Servings: 4Recipe submitted by SparkPeople user NEVERNOTBROKEN.
