Here is how you make Turk'y Roast Vegetarian with Vegetables and Gravy:

Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Take thawed Quorn Roast & place in roasting pan. Rub it with the olive oil, honey & soy sauce. Place chopped vegetables in pan...make sure to have some of the vegetables under the roast so it isn't directly on the roasting pan. Place olivio dotted about & season it with seasonings to your taste. I used about a tbls. of veg-it a goodly sprinkle of black pepper...some sea salt & a bit of garlic. Mix the gravy packets with 3 cups luke warm water & pour in to pan. Cover with foil & seal closed...cook for about 2 - 3 hours.Number of Servings: 6Recipe submitted by SparkPeople user KOSHKALADY.
