1 small sweet orange pepper cut into strips
1/4 C chopped onion
3 1/2 C chopped spinach
2 small tomatoes diced (remove liquid and seeds)
2 t Cavendar's All Purpose Greek Seasoning

Place "Flatout" flatbread on a cookie sheet. Spread 1/8 C Pizza Sauce (or more if you like) on "Flatout" Flatbread (found near pita bread at the grocery).Spray skillet/wok with Pam. Over medium-high heat, add chopped/minced garlic and sautee for about one minute. Add peppers and onion. Sautee for 3-5 minutes. Add spinach, tomatoes, and seasoning - stirring often until the spinach has cooked down.Spread sauteed vegetables over flatbread. Sprinkle mozzarella over pizza.
