Add one can of hunts four cheese pasta sauce , one 28oz can tomatoes, 2 14.5 oz cans of stewed tomatoes, add one whole cubed egg plant, 2 bay leaves and 1 tsp of Italian seasonings. Simmer for about a half an hour. Boil a half of a box of Ronzoni healthy harvest lasagna noodles in salted water till tinder. In a bowl mix a cup and a half of cottage cheese with 1/4 cup of egg whites and 1 tsp of Italian seasonings. Layer the sauce then noodles then cottage cheese mixture and repeat. Top with mozzarella cheese and back covered for about 45 minutes on 350 and then uncover and bake till browned.
