Sautee Onions and Celery until hot, add Spinach and Mushrooms. Sautee until spinach wilts, then add Cheese Nips. Stir into mixture. Add Tuna and Eggs, then stir together. Divide into two patties with spatula. Cook each side until golden brown and crisp. Flip and cook other side. May be served hot or cold, depending on preference.
