A lower fat version of a restaurant favorite. This it not my recipe. It appeared originally here http://allrecipes.com/Recipe/Restaurant-Style-Zuppa-Toscana/Detail.aspx. This is my attempt to lower the fat content using coments by users who have tried it, and my own playing around in the kitchen. This is not spicy like the restaurant version. If you want to add the spice you can add red pepper flakes to taste. The cooking time reflects the fact I did not need to cook the sausage first.
