preheat oven to 375 degrees. Spray casserole dish and set aside. In 2 separate containers put the egg in one and whisk. Place the bread crumbs in the other.Pat dry the cod fillets. One at a time dip into the egg wash and then place in the bread crumbs, making sure to coat on all sides. Then place into the casserole dish. Repeat with all 4 of the fillets.Lightly spray tops with olive oil spray. Bake in over for about 15 minutes until fillets flake easily.
