Here is how you make Baked Salmon Cakes:

Mix bacon, onion powder, egg, mayonnaise, mustard, honey and lemon zest in a bowl. Add salmon and potato and bread crumbs mixing gently. Form into 8 patties. In a shallow dish, combine panko, cheese and dash of black pepper. Carefully place patties into bread crumb mixture and coat both sides. Place onto a cookie sheet lined with tin foil and bake at 425 for 10 minutes. Flip over and continue baking for another 10 minutes.
