preheat over to 400 degreesMelt butter and mix with garlic powder; onion powder; white wine; lemon juice & chives.Mix room temperature scallops into the mixture and place in a 2 Quart casserole dish.Mix bread crumbs and parmesan cheese and sprinkle over the scallops once in the casserole dish.Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes - I like to broil in high for a minute to toast the top.This makes 4 servings ( i just quarter the pan)So quick and so easy!
