1 can of northern white beans (or any white bean)
1 or 2 TBSP of ketchup to taste
1 package of hamburger buns your choice (I use whole wheat)
8 slices of cheese
1 onion


How Do I Make Bean Burgers?

Here is how you make Bean Burgers:

Mix both cans of beans together with ketchup (if just 2-3 people only use bean w/bacon can) and place in the microwave for 1 minute. Lay hamburger buns face up on cookie sheet and place under broiler. Cook till brown 1-3 minutes. Take bean mixture out of microwave sitr and spoon onto crispy bun halves.
